TV and media production group Ten Alps, as the business snapped up the maker of factual shows including Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is in a £5m deal. Geldof, who co-founded Ten Alps in 1999, has stepped down in a restructure that includes the appointment of former Channel 4 chairman Luke Johnson as a non-executive director.
