ROAR B2B announced today (August 31) that it has completed the acquisition of Environment Media Group Ltd (EMG), owners of LetsRecycle.com and LetsRecycle Live, for an undisclosed amount.
The deal will combine ROAR’s current event, RWM and LetsRecycle, into one portfolio, says ROAR B2B.
Founded in 2000, EMG provides free up-to-date news reports, legislative updates and a range of events for anyone involved in addressing the challenges of moving to a low-carbon economy.
The business is led by Rob Mowat, who has led the company for nearly 20 years. Rob will stay in business and lead the environment portfolio at ROAR B2B.
ROAR B2B operates in three main industries: Business Technology, Social Care and Environment. The most important events in their portfolio include RWM, Call & Contact Center Expo, B2B Marketing Expo and Naidex.
