David Kieselstein, CEO of Penton Media, announced today that the company has acquired Highline LP of the United Kingdom. Highline is a business and commercial aviation company that currently provides global data and sales support to Penton’s AC-U-KWIK, the leading FBO directory serving the business aviation market as well as other new products.
“The Highline/AC-U-KWIK relationship goes back many years and we are pleased to be able to integrate the two businesses and develop even more robust digital products,” said Mr. Kieselstein. “We welcome Gillian and Alain George, the founders of Highline, and their team to Penton.”

Although many know us through our association with AC-U-KWIK, it is not so well known that we have a more comprehensive web-based product, airportdata.aero, specifically developed for the commercial airline and cargo sector. We look forward to marketing this effectively through the Air Transport World (ATW) and SpeedNews channels, whilst at the same time using the airportdata advantage to develop new data products for Penton’s AC-U-KWIK customers,” said Gillian and Alain George, who will become directors of the group.
