MWW, one of the top five independent PR agencies in the US, has a foothold in the UK after acquiring London-based Parys Communications for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition is the first in a series of strategic developments for MWW, which has 215 staff and a client list that includes Nikon, McDonald’s, Samsung Mobile, Subaru and Booking.com, as it expands across Europe and other international markets.
Parys was founded in 2004 and delivers a mix of consumer, corporate and b2b campaigns for a portfolio of clients including Four Seasons Healthcare, News UK, BBC, Three UK and Level 3.
