Details of the acquisition are undisclosed but subject to due diligence, the deal will complete in early April 2014.
The combined turnover of the enlarged business will take MAG’s turnover beyond £25m.
FML will continue to operate from its offices in Dartford, Kent, but senior management will integrate with MAG teams based at Herne Hill, London and Dinton, Wiltshire.
