Time Inc. will sell home improvement brand This Old House to Lifestyle Media Partners CEO and Time Inc. veteran Eric Thorkilsen and a private equity fund, TZP Growth Partners l, Time Inc. said Friday.
Mr. Thorkilsen, who served as president of This Old House Ventures between 1995 and 2004, will become chief executive of the company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
