EAS has officially launched its innovative new registration system, EAS-e – aimed at events with 500 or under attendees. Developed in-house, using the vast expertise and resources of this industry leading company, EAS-e has been designed to meet the needs of smaller events where all aspects of registration are handled by the organiser.
Peder Berg, EAS Managing Director explains: “Our focus is always on meeting the needs of our clients across the full spectrum and scale of events. With EAS-e, organisers are in a position to deliver a professional and cost effective registration solution on their smaller scale events. To create EAS-e, we have streamlined and optimised our tried and tested Accredit system, which is widely used by our clients including the RFU Accreditation team at Twickenham Stadium.”
EAS-e has been formatted to fit seamlessly into organisers’ existing event marketing and administration systems. There is no need to employ external staff to operate it in the office or on-site during the actual event. Badges can be printed on a standard A4 printer and setting up the operating system is extremely straightforward.
EAS-e has already been adopted by Reed Travel Exhibitions for its new ‘International Ski Travel Market’ taking place 17-18 March 2014 in Kitzbuhel, Austria. Mark Jakobsen, Hosted Buyer Account Manager at Reed Travel Exhibitions, says: “EAS-e is the perfect solution for the International Ski Travel Market. Unlike many of our other events which are the largest in their sector this niche event requires a more hands on solution. With EAS-e we don’t have to compromise on professionalism and we know we can rely on EAS to deliver a highly efficient product.”
