Terrapinn, the global media and events company, today announced it had acquired NoVacancy Expo, Australia’s largest and most important tradeshow for the hotel and accommodation industry from National Media.
Launched in 2018, NoVacancy Expo serves the A$22 Billion hotel and accommodation market, bringing together the entire ecosystem of suppliers, buyers and investors seeking the latest solutions in technology, in-room, sustainability, furniture & design, operational, and guest experience.

We look forward to seeing its continued growth and success with Terrapinn – their platform, culture and approach is a great fit and a seamless continuation of our work.”
Greg Hitchen, Group CEO, Terrapinn, said: “Mark Harvey, Brad Langton and the National Media business do a fantastic job in growing industry exhibitions in the Australian market and we love NoVacancy’s potential in Australia and other markets.”
Mark Harvey, Managing Director, National Media added: “It’s exciting to see NoVacancy join the Terrapinn portfolio. The sale will enable National Media to continue our growth plans through both launch and strategic acquisitions here in Australia.”
